"Our purchase experience while buying a used boat from Echo Bay was fantastic! Could not have asked for better nor an easier transaction from Jo, Bart, and Marc.
There was one issue with the boat, which they agreed to fit on the spot. They had to send me parts which by another companies error were incorrect. They got me the correct parts, paid to have me send back the wrong parts and did it all in less than a week including shipping time. Echo Bay needs more than a 5 star rating. I have spent way more on a boat and gotten way less. I wish they were closer to my home in upstate NY!"

"Just got my first boat last year from a friend that was an Echo purchace. It was a Sanpan fe2500 w/a 80hp. They got me a slip, Gave me a guy to show me and my family the lake and how to drive and dock it, Hooked us up with tube and life jackets and this was all on the 4th of July weekend. Trading it in on another one they have this 4th of july and Marc and the guys are the ONLY people I would even consider dealing with. I also have a jetski there and they got me in last minute. Bottom line is if you need a boat , gas , service, rental or the right info dont waste your time just go there. Brendan Kinsella

"I recently purchased a Aqua Patio pontoon boat from Echo and loved the experience. Marc is very much the "matchmaker" when it comes to boats and people. He actually would not sell me an alternative to what he believed would be the best fit for my usage. When the right boat came into his business I got a call and he could not have been more on spot. We love everything about his choice. Price was excellent, delivery and follow up can not be be beaten, old school selling and support you don't often find today.
I have recommended Echo Bay to many others over the years and can say that every single person has received the identical experience as I. I love to send my friends their way since I know that they will be treated to the same outstanding experience.
If I were an Eskimo I'd buy my ice from Echo Bay, Marc, George, family and staff are truly about the long run and welcome you to be treated like family.

"Marc and staff are truly all about the relationship and not just the $! Quite rare these days. Just bout my first boat from Marc at Echo Bay and it was a smooth and comfortable experience. I now consider myself part of the family at EB and I just completed my deal. Btw, I live 100 miles away and it's worth the trip to be taken care of by such a nice person and staff. "When I moved to Candlewood Lake 18 years ago, I was on a waiting list for a community slip and kept my boat at EB. Mark and George were there then and always took great care of my boat and family. I got my own slip finally, but continued with EB for service through 2 boats. When it came to buy another recently, I took a Bryant for a test drive and was sold on the spot. I traded in my Crownline and LOVE my new Bryant. Everyone at EB is fantastic!
For almost two decades; the level of service, caring, honesty and integrity continues to impress me and has never wavered.

"I bought my boat from Echo Bay Marina and unlike many businesses the customer service, attention to detail, communication and follow up of these guys has been impeccable. They actually do business the way many other businesses "claim to". You can feel it immediately, they simply are interested in their customers and respect them. It's rare in business.
So, I bought a used boat from Echo Bay, they've been great on handling a few odd & ends even after the sale. I'll say it here, WHEN I upgrade, I won't go anywhere else. See you in a few years.

"I have my Yamaha Sx230 docked at Echo Bay Marina. This is the first year I have had my boat docked at a marina and I will never trailer it again. They are great and go out of their way to make everything enjoyable. The store and gas prices are what you would expect to pay and not over-inflated. I know I made the right choice by using Echo Bay.
